On 13 and 14 March 2003
the PULMAN policy conference will be held in Tagus Park in Oeiras in
Portugal! With these dates rapidly approaching the preparations for
the conference are in full gear.
The policy conference
will be a platform for high level policy makers and decision makers
from 37 countries across Europe to share experiences about
delivering services locally in the information age. On this site we
will regularly inform you about the programme, the invited persons,
