The Greek National PULMAN workshop was
held successfully in Veria on 19/20 September as part of the
International Workshop: "The Role of Public Libraries in the
Information Society".
More than 200 participants attend
the workshop. Ian Pigott from European Commission was the key role
speaker (A European Agenda for modern Public Libraries Services) and
Rob Davies presented PULMAN : guidelines on emerging policy and
practice for public libraries and local cultural institutions.
